Crain & Wooley has two main locations in Plano and Mansfield along with satellite offices (by appointment only) in Coppell and Denton. Our offices are comfortable and private giving you the ability to talk 1:1 with an attorney in complete confidence. Whether coming in for your initial consultation or to execute documents, you will be met by welcoming staff.
Virtual Services
Crain & Wooley’s virtual services allow you to partner with highly respected and trusted estate planning attorneys no matter where you live or how busy your schedule. Since 2018, our virtual services have encompassed the complete estate planning process from initial consultation to document execution. This means whether you live in Lubbock, Mission, San Antonio or Dallas, or are just too busy to leave your office, you can stop procrastinating and get a comprehensive estate plan in place. What technology do I need for virtual services?For 100% virtual services, you will need a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and file sharing capabilities. Each document signer (husband, wife, etc.) will need a separate email address. A free email service such as Gmail or Yahoo will work just fine.

What private technology does Crain & Wooley use?Crain & Wooley is dedicated to protecting your privacy. All video consultations and email communications take place via an internal, two-factor authentication protocol, and our document sharing portal is FINRA, SEC and GLBA compliant.

Learning about trusts at the meal was easy and educational. The set down at the office was where the finer points of trusts was explained.
